NEO-NIETZSCHEAN NOTES
This is the second of a seriesof calligraphic paintings.
Our Euro-forebears designated cave-paintings as Primitive - not least because they weren't painted on properly-prepared canvas or wood.
Normals are incredibly dumb. My friend Phyllis, who has seen many of my paintings and read this blog, did not realise that the painting consisted of letters, each in a different colour, which spell S-O-L-I-T-U-D-E.
