It is quite splendid
to have achieved at last the near-impossibility of receiving not a single card or packet or e-mail for the Christmas/ New Year/Winter Solstice festivity.

When I was younger I made my own cards and sent dozens.
I received some, too.
I got 5. If mailman and office counted...I send none.
