I don't think you are petty in how you resist authority, nor do you write in that style. You are quite selective and refined in your resistance. The most sustainable resistance has to be refined and thought out, for it to be sustainable. Otherwise resistance leads to cheap and poorly reasoned anger, where people know better but don't act on what they know.
