Up to now
the world has been controlled
(or at least, seriously affected)
by psychopaths, narcissists, fools
and incompetents. But soon
it will be run by Algo-Oligarchs,
electronic idiots-savants.

Well, Raúl, Paraguay is one of the extreme cases of misrule - from Francisco López and Mme Lynch to Stroessner. I have just finished a travel book on Paraguay : "At the Tomb of the Inflatable Pig", probably available in Asunción. Paraguay and Albania were two countries which interested me, but I got to visit only Albania (which I loved).
