Sophie is a famous French writer and columnist. The thing about generalisations is that they are *generally* true. Americans take themselves too seriously, Czechs tend to have a surrealist approach to life, the English are arrogant (as are the Northern French) and the Italians eat well... The Irish have a problem with alcohol (either they drink too much or are grim teetotallers)and the Turks have a problem with the Kurds...

I have a problem with the word famous like it means something. You are not famous, but interesting.
There are 200 ethnicities in Canada.
Please, finish this statement.

There are 200 "ethnicities" ( a Fascist word, Jindra ) in the United Kingdom, most of them in England and South Wales.

A generalisation about Canadians ?
- Generally very modest, mild-mannered and attentive. Very different from the white Australians.
