To sink or to swim ?
It's quite a decision to have to make when you're being swept out
(and out of sight) by a current and a tide -
for panic blots previous flirtatious thoughts of suicide.
- Not that I actually swam back to the deserted Moroccan beach - I "miraculously" found a toe-hold on an underwater sand-hillock, and half-swam, half-crawled the 150 metres or so back to dry land, where I lay panting and recovering for a full half-hour before staggering back to the hotel and Alison, my tender companion.
