What the genders share as regards the sexual parts is that in both genders those parts are made of muscle, blood and nerve endings, the usual hydraulics. Finally there are nerves in the brain that kick it all off by responding to sight, hearing, and touch, in the brain in ways far more sensitising than either gender appreciates.
