consists in
what
you say.
How
you say it
is of importance
only to those
who like form,
not substance.

It was ever thus,as the japanese poet Ryokan,once wrote:
with gaudy words their lines are formed,
And further adorned by novel and curious phrases.
yet,if they fail to express what is in their minds,
what is the use,no matter
how many poems they can compose.
