OK. If not in USA, where else ?
Well, surprisingly, in Russia - where Old Believers still exist, and Tuvans have returned to their pre-Soviet, pre-capitalist ways of life. Though this may not last much longer, as Putin delivers even the taiga into the greedy hands of his minions.
