Most of the money donated to White aid agencies
operating in sub-Saharan Africa is spent on
running the agencies and paying their staff.
Almost none goes to the poor.
This does not surprise me.
People would rather give 20 €$£
to Action Aid (or whatever)
than 1 €$£ to the homeless person in a doorway.
