'The Widow's Mite'

In many countries, those who pay tax
(especially the very rich)
receive a tax-rebate when they give
money to a 'recognised' charity,
but not directly (e.g. on the street)
to the starving or impoverished.
Those donors who are too poor to pay tax
are unrewarded.
