Linguistic sexism.
When a man says
that a woman "has balls" or "is ballsy",
he is (or thinks he is) being complimentary.
Does any woman in any culture praise a man
by saying that he "has cunt,"
is "really uterine,"
"impressively vaginal" ?

"He's a pussy cat."
A phrase peculiar to latter 20th C America.
That could be either positive or negative, don't ya think?
