Are you sure it's yoghurt?
At first I did fear it was something else.

But who am I to complain about your art in your very own workshop!

It is neither what you feared, nor yogurt, but Fromage blanc which comes in big, very cheap tubs here in France. Its texture is more like cream than yogurt. It is easy to make in the home with unpasteurised milk (also very cheap here).

(I also have a simple gadget for making a litre of yogurt at a time. For it, the milk has to be sterilised.)
