- My Zen Master told me that I have a “monkey mind” a Buddhist term meaning "unsettled; restless; capricious; whimsical; fanciful; inconstant; confused; indecisive; uncontrollable". At parties I don’t talk much. I sit alone and have my own mind jabber. It is tiring.
