is (you might think)
a fuzzy fantasy-word
whose vagueness can
be invoked and applied
to anything we wish
to denounce and decry.
I disagree.
It is specific, indentifiable
and even quantifiable,
the holy cornerstone
of civilisation :
uncontrolled, banal and terrible
human testosterone.

Far too reductive, Auban. However, every educator from pre-school through the university the world over knows testosterone is a destabilizing factor. Every male teenager knows it's an uncontrollable fury. At my last blood test this past December I had a testosterone level of 685, the high range level of a man 19-35 years of age. I am now 72. Two years prior it was 876. It is completely natural, not the product of synthetic androgens. At my age, I am very grateful for my two hairy balls. Give it up, guy. There are those of us who use our testosterone to its advantage, and I don't mean violence or disruption, cruelty or competition.
