My New Sweetie might seem to some like this:

But in fact most of his teeth have been worn away by biting the bars of his "Shelter" cage,
He is a total softie who looks like this:

Astérix

Dína would love the open space. She must be on the leash all the time. And she doesn't like free leash zones.
Great photos.

Here in rural France dogs are put on leads/leashes in urban areas, so in the village he is on the leash. But only neurotic owners (of whom there are too many) keep them on the lead in wooded or open areas. I can walk a few hundred metres to a wood and sit and read a book while Astérix snuffles about happily. He never goes beyond earshot and generally comes when he is called, unless he is having a particularly nice or interesting time with another dog or dogs.

PS
Maybe Dína would like to come to visit ? I could show her good places. Is she very sexy ? - Astérix.
