No, I am not shocked, nor horrified

that the co-pilot of a passenger plane
locked out the pilot from the cockpit
and flew the machine and its human contents
into a French alp.  Certainly it was a much more
selfish, much less significant and grandiose act
than the destruction of the sinister Twin Towers -
but I guess that if you're going to go dramatically
(to make a point) into that good night (and alp)
why not, as a Happening, take a random selection
of comfortable, boring buggers with you
as you zoom down into the Beyond-Disconnection.

I've always said, in an act of murder-suicide, it's best to begin with the suicide....

Not that the world will learn anything from this, except to scratch their heads and hate the perpetrator, but if society would show a more compassionate view of people who reject the life-system, and truly wish to exit it, by compassionately providing the means to do so, episodes such as this possibly wouldn't occur. ie. if this fellow was allowed to swallow barbiturates and peacefully drift off, he may not have felt the need to take this drastic step. But when the world says you must love life as they do, and suffer through it, some may just respond badly at the imposition, and start to impose back, as did this young man....

I feel you're being slightly harsh, Anthony. Imagine the sheer terror of being on that plane as it headed down. That pilot fucker could have just killed himself in private. And of course he had to leave his girlfriend pregnant.

Didn't know he was a breeder, Karl. Hope the kid doesn't take the fathers name, sins of the father and all...

Well, Karl, it would have been better if he had ensured that his pregnant girlfriend was on the plane - perhaps with a whole maternity unit !

Amen to that, Anthony. Let's target the right people!

And yeah, the kid's life ruined before its even born...

Diogenes at least shot cum when he masturbated in public. This is cynicism at its worst--the cynicism of monocled Dr. Mengele indicating right and left on the train platform at Auschwitz. Hardly worthy of Diogenes.

What exactly were you expecting here, Marcus? There are more than enough blogs spewing the same pablum to keep you postive for a lifetime... I did get a chuckle out of the cum bit, though lol....
