'...a senior Polish official has alleged that Russian President Vladimir
Putin suggested partitioning Ukraine with Poland six years ago in a
conversation with Donald Tusk, who was Poland's prime minister at the
time.'
Or is it just another accusation in the centuries-long struggle between Poland and Russia ?

Now if that was really true, why the Hell didn't he take him up on it? What I mean is, why all the elaborately fumbling and fruitlessly clandestine machinations at this late stage by the U.S. to maintain its ill-gotten hegemony and subsequent suffering throughout the world, perhaps best surmised by the coloring of Russia as the evil instigator?
On the morning of 9/11 my cohort and I were on our way to collect from a contractor for services rendered. Upon the news, we were waylaid, of course, and stopped at a bar for brunch and a stiff drink.
We eventually found our mark and while in idle conversation he remarked, "We should turn all the Mid East sands into glass (via nuclear weapons)." He added, "While we're at it, we should do China, too."
I sometimes wonder now, and in retrospect, if he was probably right.
