that memory does not reside within the brain
but in a sort of electro-magnetic miasma surrounding it.
This sounds suspiciously
like the mythic soul:
a halo of memory - which of course
other animals have,
more reliably, and accurately -
since they don't edit it,
re-invent it constantly
where truth and language collide
inside the brain.
But where does the stuff of our dreams reside ?
