I think you mean that's the Political-Economical situation in Spain, Anthony; then I agree. But there's another Spain working with hope and honesty for a different tomorrow.
An spanish dissident.

Oh, Anthony, I'm really shocked after reading your experience. For sure, I feel ashamed for living in a country where things like this is still happening. I agree fascism lives in too many spanish minds, and the proof is how the actual goverment has been elected. The only thing I can say is, once again, that there're many people here who fight against this fault, and I'm between them.
And about that sad story of hunting dods, imagine how I feel, a convinced ecologist who belongs to SEO Wordlife and loves all kinds of animals. I think the main problem of Spain is not even political thoughts, but ignorance and backwardness. But I want to think that things are changing slowly (look at the decadence of bull-fightings, for example), and that someday everything be different.
I'd like to say many more things but, as you know, my englisn isn't quite good and it's hard for me to explain correctly. I'll finish giving you my true thanks for your work and for accepting me as a friend who admires your clear, clean and human mind.
Kindest regards from the dissident Spain.

There are, I'm glad to say, very many dissidents in Spain (unlike Britain, Ireland or France).

The first time I went to Spain (in 1979) I fell in love with it - probably BECAUSE of its backwardness. The first village I went to was Santa Marta del Cerro (Segóvia) which has a wonderful pair of exhibitionists on the rustic 12th century church - and that church was almost the only stone building in an adobe village only an hour's drive from Madrid! You can see the exhibitionists at
