it is much easier to reduce domestic waste
and become a zéro déchet household
as in Roubaix up north.
I have made two kinds of vinegar:
one is for cleaning, and the other
makes a splendid vinaigrette.
My home-made bread is also excellent.
I haven't made yogurt for a while...
but I love the sponge
made from non-recyclable potato-nets
which does nothing to slow down the Sixth Extinction.
