On Grief.

When people grieve
it is often for the relationship they didn't have
with the deceased.

That is quite true. What is also true is that part of the grief is linked to the expectations that the deceased set up with others who remain alive. Expectations which the deceased did not meet in their lifetime, where they left those they set up the expectations with are left to work out what they meant in their absence.
