Lightening the mood with a picture
taken at the famous cemetery of Père-Lachaise in Paris :
an elegant combination of two motifs
rich in antique symbolism: the snuffed-out lamp,
and the ouroboros of infinity or eternal flux
- in this case, perhaps representing immortality ?
