We are a living in a surveillance state or world. Here in Paraguay privacy is something we do not nothing about. Apart from the police, we have the "pyrague",an expression in Guarani that means hairy feet and it means the spies. They could be your neighbor, boss, acquaintance,anyone. There is no escape,there is one but it is permanent. Take care. Raul

First of all I have to day, Don Raúl, that the photo above is a propaganda-job, done with Photoshop or PaintShopPro.

Secondly, I think Paraguayans had more to fear under Stroessner (well-protected by the USA) than now. For example, I don't think you are in danger... (?)
