Well, Raúl, Paraguay is one of the extreme cases of misrule - from Francisco López and Mme Lynch to Stroessner. I have just finished a travel book on Paraguay : "At the Tomb of the Inflatable Pig", probably available in Asunción. Paraguay and Albania were two countries which interested me, but I got to visit only Albania (which I loved).
