Remembering Thucydides.

Beyond "freedom"
Beyond "dignity"
there is neither freedom nor dignity -
just hubris, nemesis
and inevitable entropy.

    Excellent! Thucydides, whom Schopenhauer said was the only author you needed to read to understand everything about history and politics.
