The only rational reason

why the increasing
millions of the rich
would want bathrooms
everywhere
is because they're all
incontinent
and stink of sweated chemicals.

    That answers my question why it takes forever to sell my house in beautiful area in Morrison, Colorado. Alas, we have only one bathroom!
